Dr. White is the owner of Full Circle Health and Wellness, LLC. She specializes in the treatment of trauma/PTSD (posttraumatic stress disorder), anxiety and stress. She primarily utilizes cognitive/behavioral interventions with an emphasis on mindfulness and acceptance based approaches. She works with individuals from age 6 on, including adults of all ages.

Dr. White graduated from the University of Vermont, with a BA in psychology and earned her master’s degree and PhD in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, California.

Dr. White has a wide range of experience including:

  • Consultant for Vermont behavioral and mental health facilities

  • Therapist for elderly adults and their families living in skilled nursing facilities

  • Researcher focusing on cognitive neuroscience, psychological trauma and the use of biofeedback

  • Therapist and program coordinator for an organization serving individuals suffering from chronic mental illness, acute psychiatric crisis and substance use disorders

  • In-patient therapist at a psychiatric hospital for adolescents and adults

  • Intern at a VA Medical Center specializing in the treatment of PTSD, anxiety and substance use disorders

  • Case manager and counselor for children, adolescents and families for an organization serving underserved populations

  • Volunteering her services to children in an orphanage in Siret, Romania
