Dr. Brooke White is a board certified clinician with over 25 years of experience in sports and health psychology.
Dr. Brooke White brings both personal athletic experience and professional expertise to her work. As a former marathoner for more than 20 years, she understands the mental challenges that athletes face, including handling pressure and overcoming setbacks. With a clinical background of 25-plus years in trauma/stress and health psychology, in addition to more recent work in sports psychology, she provides holistic, personalized care that fosters trust and long-lasting impact.
