Brooke White, PhD, DipABLM
Dr. White is the owner of Full Circle Health and Wellness, LLC. She specializes in the treatment of trauma/PTSD, anxiety and stress. She has a sub-speciality in health psychology. She primarily utilizes cognitive/behavioral interventions with an emphasis on mindfulness and acceptance based approaches. She works with individuals from age 18 on, including adults of all ages. Dr. White also offers services to athletes interested in improving sports performance.
Dr. White graduated from the University of Vermont, with a BA in psychology and earned her master’s degree and PhD in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, California. She completed her APA internship at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, with specialized training in PTSD and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and she did a postdoctoral fellowship in geriatrics. She received certification in Global Mental Health: Trauma and Recovery from the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma. She is a diplomat and board certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
She is lincensed in Vermont, Massachusetts, Georgia and Florida. She is also authorized to offer interjurisdictional telepsychology through Psypact and can see clients in any of the 42 participating states.
